Larry Thompson
President/CEO
An experienced insurance industry advisor and entrepreneur with nearly three decades in the business, Larry is thrilled to be a part of the Salt Jacket family. With integrity and thought at the core of all he does, Larry and his team provide exceptional customer service, working to inspire and protect your dreams whether you're purchasing a car, buying a new home, starting a small business or leaving behind a legacy with life insurance. Larry is also a proud veteran of the U.S. Army, where he served as a Captain in the infantry and a medical service corp officer. In his off-work hours, Larry loves spending time on adventures with his wife, Lynne, and their two kids, Charlotte and Christopher, whether it's cheering them on at their sporting events, skiing, or visiting his original home state of Alaska together.
Roxanne Camp
Sales Manager
Roxanne joined Salt Jacket Insurance in 2021, bringing over 25 years of industry experience to help build and expand the Commercial and Expanded Market Department. Her strong performance, leadership, and dedication to client service quickly earned her a promotion to Sales Manager. Today, Roxanne leads the sales team with a client-focused approach, mentoring others while continuing to deliver personalized insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
A native Texan, Roxanne enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and dogs, often kayaking, cross-fitting, camping, or Jeepin’. She is also a passionate animal advocate, an active member of a local Jeep club, and committed to giving back through community fundraisers and charitable events.
Susan Miller
Service Performance Manager
Susan joined the Salt Jacket Insurance team (then the Slocum Agency) in 2021 to help develop the Commercial and Expanded Market Department. With over 25 years in the industry, she enjoys providing great values and seeking out custom solutions to each client’s unique situation whether it is for personal or business insurance. Outside of the office, Susan enjoys spending time with her family, especially her young grandson.
Robert Torres
Service Operation Manager
Robert Torres joined Salt Jacket Insurance Services (then known as the Slocum Agency) in 2019, bringing 9 years of insurance product knowledge to his current position. Robert loves that he has a great opportunity every day at this agency to provide the service our customers deserve and he loves being able to facilitate our customers’ financial security. He is honored and proud to be a part of the Salt Jacket family.
Robert lives in the Texas Hill Country with his wife and children. When not at work, Robert loves being outdoors on the weekends, spending my time hunting and gardening.
Rebekah Roberts
Data & Compliance Specialist
Rebekah is a licensed sales representative who started working in insurance in 2020. She has loved how her job offers her the opportunity to help others to get the coverage they need to protect their families. She strives to build a relationship with all of her customers to ensure that they are well-taken care of.
During her free time, she enjoys playing with her fur babies and cooking. She would love to help you and your family get the protection you need today, she also loves referrals and would love to help any of your friends and family.
Marcy Diaz
Account Manager
Marcy began her insurance journey in 2016 and has been passionate about helping families protect what matters most ever since. As a valued member of the Salt Jacket Insurance team, she takes pride in ensuring clients not only have the right coverage but also fully understand their policies—so they can feel confident and secure in their protection.
Outside the office, she’s a proud mom of three adult children and a doting grandmother to four active grandkids who keep her on her toes with soccer and baseball games. When she’s not cheering from the sidelines, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
Zayra Finlinson
Sales Agent
Originally from Chandler, Arizona, Zayra has been in the Dallas/Fort Worth area since 2019. She’s been in the insurance industry as a sales professional since 2022. She enjoys customizing insurance plans for her Salt Jacket clients and explaining policy features to better inform customers.
She has two dogs and enjoys interior design, swimming, and traveling to see friends and family!
Desmond Raff
Sales Agent
Born in small town Nampa, Idaho and shaped by a decade in sunny Arizona, Desmond brings a friendly consultive approach to the insurance world. He became an insurance agent in October 2023, and since then, he’s loved connecting with clients and helping them understand how insurance protects their own future and loved ones. With an extensive background in automotive sales and customer service, Desmond prioritizes building trust, transparency and tailoring coverage to each customer’s unique lifestyle. He’s excited to bring his growing expertise to the great people of Texas, guiding them through their insurance journeys and helping them create new policies. Outside of work, you'll find him exploring new restaurants, playing with his dogs, enjoying the outdoors and finding new places to visit.
Ryan Graban
Sales Agent
Ryan has been part of the insurance industry since 2022, bringing over 25 years of experience in customer service across a variety of industries. He is passionate about building strong connections with clients, with a focus on educating them and ensuring they have the right coverage to protect their families and assets.
Originally born in South Korea and adopted at the age of two, Ryan has called Texas home for the past seven years after relocating from the East Coast. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, playing basketball, and spending time paddleboarding—a new favorite hobby for his family. Ryan has three children and two Yorkies, who love hitting the water and riding the waves right alongside him.
Daniela Morales
Sales Agent, Spanish/English
Daniela Morales is a licensed insurance producer in the states of Texas and New Mexico, having received her license in 2024. She is passionate about making every process simple and stress-free for our customers and is especially excited to be part of the Salt Jacket team. Daniela, 28, graduated in 2021 from The University of Texas at El Paso with a degree in Organizational and Corporate Communications and a minor in Political Science. Outside of work, she is a proud mom of two beautiful daughters and enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband and pets. In her free time, she loves reading, journaling, and listening to or watching true crime podcasts and documentaries.
Kirsten Hoffman
Sales Agent
Kirsten is a lifelong Houstonian with nearly a decade of experience in the insurance industry. She began her career as a Customer Service Representative, moved into Account Management, then Sales, and has since returned to Account Management—where she thrives in helping clients find the right coverage.
She’s passionate about delivering excellent service and values the well-rounded experience her various roles have provided. Outside of work, Kirsten stays active with her young daughter’s busy schedule, enjoys cooking and competing in cook-offs, and loves relaxing by the water or at the beach.
